Liberty of London for Target
As a rule, designer collaborations with mass marketers are disappointing, but I can’t wait for this one. Liberty of London, the 134-year-old company known for it’s heritage prints has teamed up with Target. They’ve plastered their famous florals on all manner of consumer goods: from bicycles to summer frocks to gardening gloves and melamine dishes. Absolutely adore the shirts and ties above ($29!) and who says they’re just for guys? The most cheerful designer match up yet. Hits the floor on March 14th.
