There’s just something about shaking a sparkly hula hoop around your hips that makes a girl happy. And now hula hoops are gaining a foothold in fitness. Maia Bingham will have you hooping in no time through her laid back, fun-loving teaching style, tailored to participant’s comfort level. The hour will whirl by (literally) as you start with basic body and hand hooping and try your luck at various skills. The added bonus? A good core workout.
Maia’s handmade hoops vary in size and weight and are beautifully wrapped in fabric and decorative tapes.
