Florence Griswold Museum Shop
This is (and shouldn’t be) the best kept secret on the Shoreline for stuffing Easter baskets without going into sugar shock. Those adorable bunny and duckling felt bags? $3. Easter picture books, just 7.99. A butterfly headband is $3.50. Fill your basket with teeny egg cups for $1.75 and solar dancing daisy, rabbit or duck for $3. Tuck in a packet or two of Heirloom Seeds (with artist drawn packages) and you’re good to go, sans a mouthful of new cavities. A must stop Easter shop that benefits the museum, too.
p.s. If you call China White, Linen White and Super White, color, this one’s for you. Eve Ashcraft, color consultant to the stars (including Martha Stewart) will share her secrets about picking the perfect paint color. Grab a signed copy of her new book, too: The Right Color. April 14th at 2pm. $8, $7 for museum members. For reservations and more info: www.flogris.org
