It’s a pop-up local shopping mall smack in the middle of Old Saybrook. You’ll find an enormous selection of clothing, accessories, jewelry, gifts, home decor and MORE, marked down between 30 and 75% off (most merchandise is at least 50% off!). Billie Beads: Handmade, one-of-a-kind, colorful & intricate, beads, jewelry, treasure boxes, piggy banks, hair accessories, paperweights and art objects. All work is done in the ancient art of Millefiore, but in a modern Polymer clay. Then many of the pieces are bejeweled with Swarovski Crystals.
