Self care is a hot topic. I’m not talking haircuts and pedicures here, but how to keep yourself calm and together in a world that spins ever faster. So many of us are anxious, overwhelmed and stressed out (when was the last time you asked a friend how they were and they didn’t answer “busy”?).
