I am a huge fan of these chocolates, without doubt the best in CT (who needs Jacques Torres?). Gorgeous, hand-made paper packaging and genius flavors like Burnt Caramel w/Hawaiin Sea Salt or Dark Rum, Honey and Orange. Buy locally at Given Chocolates in Madison or head to South Norwalk for the full on Knipschildt experience and their new cafe, Chocopologie. Sweet.
