Spicy, smoky and super simple, these baked beans take 5 minutes to throw together and please a crowd. Adapted from Tyler's Ultimate by Tyler Florence. Serves 8 or more.
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo (these are HOT, use less if you can't take the heat)

Preheat the oven to 350. Dump the molasses, ketchup, mustard and chipotles in a blender and puree. Scrape into a big bowl, add the beans, season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
