The Kate promotes the variety and diversity of the performing arts on the Connecticut Shoreline by providing an artistic home for these arts while honoring the legacy of Connecticut’s finest actress. The Kate provides a wide range of cultural arts including local and regional theater, concerts, dance, film, lectures, art exhibits, and other artistic endeavors. We also work with local educational institutions to offer students real-life opportunities to experience various artistic media, thereby enriching the arts education made available in their respective classrooms.
