The Hundred Dresses is a timeless story about the hurt inflicted by teasing and the painful consequences for bystanders who fail to act courageously.
Wanda, a new girl in a Connecticut school, claims she has one hundred dresses after she is ridiculed by her classmates for wearing the same faded blue dress every day. Her claims bring on more bullying. A story twist will leave attendees surprised and delighted when it reveals that Wanda does indeed have one hundred dresses! Wanda’s classmates are remorseful, and the bystander ultimately decides that she is “never going to stand by and say nothing again.”
