Enroll in the Small Group Training (SGT) program on or before February 19th. The challenge will consist of three different ways to earn points and the competitor accruing the most points wins the $500 prize. Complete two SGT sessions each week for six consecutive weeks, 10 points each SGT. Attend one Iron House Fitness class per week for 6 consecutive weeks, 5 points. There will also be bonus challenges given to complete by co-owner and trainer Joe Fay, five points.
Iron House Fitness is a functional movement and training gym. They offer the best in personal training, cycle and boot camp with an open gym floor including cardio, machines and free weights. Iron House is the newest, functional fitness facility option on the Shoreline.
