Learn Taoist breathing practices and a variety of Qigong exercises to alter awareness and reach a deep state of extraordinary relaxation & concentration.
Learn to recognize where tension is held in the body, where the Qi stagnates, and how this manifests in physical symptoms. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. A water bottle is recommended. $20. Preregistration required.
