Sustainable Seafood Soiree

Support The Rockfall Foundation in making a difference in the community by raising awareness of local, sustainable food sources at the beautiful and “Green Lodging Certified” Saybrook Point Inn. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, wine, beer and an oyster raw bar on the patio surrounded by fresh salt air and breathtaking views. Steve Plant, a farmer with the Noank Aquaculture Cooperative, talks about efforts to responsibly grow great tasting shellfish locally. Proceeds benefit the Rockfall Foundation’s “Greening Kids” environmental education program.
