Farm to Chef Celebration Week

Eighty-five of Connecticut’s finest chefs are preparing locally sourced menus for the first Farm-to-Chef Celebration Week. I’m heading to Alforno in Old Saybrook and ordering this Tuscan-inspired feast: cornmeal-dusted heirloom tomatoes, butternut squash and apple bisque and grilled flat iron steak with truffled potato chips.
