A conceptual, site-specific, and continually evolving project, Pablo Delano’s The Museum of the Old Colony confronts the complex legacies of U.S. colonial rule in Puerto Rico by re-contextualizing archival photographs, objects, and newsreels. Unlike conventional exhibitions, the installation functions as a single immersive work of art.
