Join Erin & Benji for an evening of candlelit restorative yoga to relax the body and allow the mind to slow down. This type of yoga can be a highly effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. Each reclined pose is supported with various props and is designed to encourage an effective release of strain and tension. To enhance the experience, you will receive optional hands-on Reiki, which can help to clear negative blockages. No prior yoga experience necessary. In this workshop you will:
