Relax in this gentle practice that is safe for all participants. Each pose is supported with various props and is designed to encourage an effective release of stress and tension. To enhance the experience, you will receive hands-on Reiki, a healing art from Japan. Reiki can clear blocked energy and enhance physical health and emotional well-being. No prior yoga experience necessary. In this workshop you will:
• allow muscles to open and release without expending energy
• reduce stress and assist in clearing blocked energy that can create a sluggish, run-down feeling
• strengthen the immune system by allowing the body to heal itself
