Spring Awakening with Terry Walters

As we ease our way into spring it’s time to get ourselves on track for the bounty that will come…. seasonal eating is the cornerstone of good health. Foods that are eaten in season are at their best nutritionally and flavor wise. In this class, Terry Walters will bring us some amazing seasonal recipes to lighten up our cooking and prepare us for the warm summer to come! As always, Terry’s classes are vegan and gluten free!

Cinco de Mayo Fiesta with Chef Dani & Her Gang!

Saturday May 6th, 6:30 to 10:00PM | Cost $120.

Join Chef Dani Roche for a real Cinco de Mayo celebration in true Dani style! If you’ve been to her paella or Day of the Dead celebrations, you know how much fun these events are. We will have the tent up and ready for the fiesta! This will be a demo-type event with some participation from the group. The laughs will just keep coming- I’m sure of that!

The evening will consist of the following festivities:

• Tequila tasting
• Micheladas- a spicy and tart Mexican beer cocktail
• Handmade Tortilla making
• Lots of authentic Mexican food
• Margarita sorbet
• The best part is her dress code- stretchy pants and Tupperware!

Paella Party!

Saturday June 24th, 6:30 to 10:00PM | Cost $95

Chef Dany Roche

Join us for another Paella Party with Chef Dany Roche! Always the best time under the Weekend Kitchen tent. Chef Dany demonstrates how to create a perfect paella from the choice of rice, making the best broth to highlight the freshest ingredients. While the paella cooks we enjoy some homemade pico de Gallo and chips. The evening finishes with Dany’s famous flan!

Grab a group of friends and sign up. Don’t forget your “to go” container- there’s always more then enough for leftovers!
