St Patrick’s Day Beer/Spirit Tasting & Dinner Train

What the craic, friends? Looking for the pot of gold at the end of the St. Patrick’s Day rainbow? You might find it here at the Essex Steam Train on Friday, March 17! Though we can’t actually promise gold, we can promise a great time!
Start the evening off in River Valley Junction where you will have the opportunity (or great luck of the Irish) to sample a selection of beer and spirits from our guest vendors while traditional live Celtic music sets the festive tone in the background. Help yourself to our generous appetizer buffet while you stroll through and visit with our friends from Litchfield Distillery, Surfridge Brewing, Waypoint Spirits, Two Roads Brewing and Bully Boy Spirits.
At 7 pm we will call you to board the Essex Clipper Dinner Train for your dining excursion with your choice of Braised Corned Beef and Cabbage, Boiled Potatoes, Carrots, or Sausages with Stout Braised Onions, Mashed Potatoes and Carrots, both selections served with delicious Cheddar and Herb Biscuits. For dessert Bailey’s cheesecake or Chocolate Mousse Cake.
