If you’re visiting The Blake Hotel over the weekend, make reservations for brunch at Hamilton Park. This new restaurant with an open kitchen has a Michelin starred chef at the helm, and everything down to the sausages and bread at breakfast is scratch-made. Jazz brunch on Sunday was hopping, and the menu is an assortment of inventive takes on classics. Eager to try a bit of everything, I ordered the BIG breakfast, and our dear waiter happily packed more than half of it to go (although I couldn’t resist the homemade hashbrowns).
