DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a gentle yoga class that will incorporate intention setting and meditation. This beginners friendly class is located in front of a cozy fireplace at the relaxing Copper Beech Inn. After the class\, a delicious meal will be served at the inn’s restaurant which includes a full brunch and mimosa. This spacious location will spread all parties 6ft apart for both the yoga class and brunch. Masks are required upon arrival with a temperature check. Once you are at your mat or table\, you are welcome to take your mask off.\n\nErin Schuster has been teaching Kriplau Yoga and Meditation classes\, workshops\, and retreats since 2012. Erin is part of the Kripalu Yoga faculty team to support the 300HR Yoga Teacher Trainings to build her education and awareness on how to best support the community. Erin believes that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery\, both on and off the mat.
