DESCRIPTION:Self Care Sunday Sound Bath – A Healing Gathering \nEnjoy an in-person deeply restorative Sound Bath and Meditation on Sunday\, November 16th\, 2025\, at 31 Boston Street in Guilford. \nThis immersive experience is designed to help you soften into stillness\, relax your nervous system\, and return to a grounded\, re-centered state of being. \nFacilitated by the soothing guidance of Catherine Barrett\, this session offers a beautiful opportunity to release stress\, nourish your inner peace\, and bathe in healing vibrations. What better way to wrap up the weekend and gently welcome the start of a new week? \nEvent details \nCome as you are and be held in a warm\, supportive community of like-minded souls. Together\, we’ll create space for calm\, clarity\, and connection.\nWear comfortable clothing\, bring your mat\, pillow and smile 🙂 \nPlease arrive 15 minutes early to settle into your space and allow enough time before the event begins. \nCome dressed in comfortable clothing to allow your body to fully relax and bring your own yoga mat\, pillow\, or any items you need for comfort\, as no props will be provided. \nThe event will take place in a large open room\, creating a peaceful space for rest and sound healing. \nThere is plenty of parking available directly in front of the building for your convenience. \nLight refreshments will be provided following the session. \nFor any questions\, please contact Renee at (203) 239-1966 or renee@upskincare.com
