We are living in a time in which we face many challenges: personal, medical, political, social, economic and environmental. This new, online program is open to anyone who would like to experience a variety of mindfulness practices that can help us respond to these challenges with wisdom, compassion and equanimity. The program will include meditations, reflection, poetry, sharing and kindness and compassion practices. No prior experience in mindfulness training is needed.
Learn to practice ways to bring balance and clarity to our hearts and minds and maintain that balance in our daily lives. By gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, we become open to the possibility of creative and unexpected resolutions in our own lives, in our relationships and in our communities.
This virtual program will take place via Zoom video conferencing, which is free and does not require a subscription. Following your registration, you will receive a Zoom invitation and instructions for preparation and participation.
