2024 May Market with Essex Garden Club

The Essex Garden Club’s May Market fundraiser features a wide selection of plants for sale, including annuals, perennials, herbs, fresh flower bouquets, and hundreds of beautiful plants grown and curated by their Club members. For a full day of shopping fun, customers will enjoy visiting booths where gently-used home and garden treasures are offered at a very fair price and where garden gifts, fashion accessories, and boutique gifts are showcased.
Their delicious and famous Essex Garden Club Garlic Salt Condiment will be sold and it always sell quickly! Proceeds from the event are used to support the Club’s Scholarship and Campership Programs that benefit young people in the local community. Additionally, funds raised support new and ongoing civic improvement projects.
The Essex Garden Club seeks to cultivate beauty and enhance the community and you are invited to help fulfill that mission by attending the May Market that has become a tradition over the past 70 years. Food and beverages will be sold at the event in the May Market Cafe.
The event take place at the Essex Town Green located at 12 Main Street in Essex Village.
Parking allowed on Main Street and other public parking areas as designated. No parking allowed behind Essex Post Office or in “Loading Area” near entrance to the event.
