A Little Imagination Cakes

In a non-descript house on a non-descript street, you’ll find Hope Wright-Martell, the creative genius behind A Little Imagination Cakes, conjuring up her next fondant-draped creation. Sponge Bob? No problem. Elmo? A snap. Van Gogh’s Starry Night? A perfect replica. Nothing stumps Hope.
She can turn your vision into a cake, and if you’re lacking vision, she’ll coax an idea out of you. After sampling some of Hope’s favorite flavor combos (white chocolate raspberry with vanilla buttercream, cherry amaretto with almond buttercream and devil’s food with vanilla bean), I couldn’t help myself. I ordered a cake! Hope recreated a favorite abstract painting by my father on a two tier number. Impressive AND delicious (I chose cherry amaretto). Have a look at it here.
Shoreline brides flock to A Little Imagination Cakes so there’s a bit of a wait for wedding cakes, but you can order a special occasion cake with as little as two weeks notice. Prices run $7 – $15 per slice depending on the complexity. By appointment only. Find out more on Hope’s website:
