Bright Line Eating

Too many hot dogs (yup, I love ’em) and midweek socializing does me in during the summer. I ALWAYS gain a few pounds. Heavier winter clothes don’t help the situation, so I usually turn to a few weeks of Bright Line Eating. This plan is mainly geared to folks who are looking to lose a bunch of weight (and it works!) but it also helps for purging the belly bulge. After all, anyone can do ANYTHING for a couple of weeks, right?
