One of my favorite French-accented gift shops has expanded to new, bigger digs on Wall Street in Madison, and I stopped by the other day to see what’s in store. There’s so much to love here, from the well-priced and unique (and oh-so French) jewelry collection by LA2L (also sold at Merci in Paris!), to wonderful pillows, cozy 100% wool Irish cable-knit throws, and my absolute favorite salt, Sel de Guerande (I’m always a sucker for packaging!). New to the shop is a tight collection of effortless and chic women’s clothing. I also spotted these adorable embroidered kitchen towels for just $17, which would make a sweet hostess gift for the holidays, and any francophile would love this beautiful book, “A Year in the French Style.” Stop by 12:00 to 5:30 Tuesday through Saturday, and you’ll easily check lots off your holiday lists.
