The menu, curated by award-winning Executive Chef Liv Formica highlights the beautiful delicacy of oysters in every course and includes wine pairings to make each course sing.

4 – Oyster braised short rib / blk fried oyster, oyster polenta, pickled oyster, broccolini
5 – Sweet berry oyster shortcake
