NOTE NEW DATE: On Thursday, October 26th, join Flanders Fish for their 19th Annual Oyster + Wine Dinner, this year held in loving memory of their friend, Patricia Shaw.
The menu, curated by award-winning Executive Chef Liv Formica highlights the beautiful delicacy of oysters in every course and includes wine pairings to make each course sing.

1 – On-the-half shell / mignonette series
2 – Charred oyster / chorizo vinaigrette
3 – Nashville hot oyster bao / shredded lettuce, heirloom tomato, house made pickles, spicy slaw
4 – Oyster braised short rib / blk fried oyster, oyster polenta, pickled oyster, broccolini
5 – Sweet berry oyster shortcake
