It’s the most wonderful time of the year and Musical Masterworks is helping you kick off this festive season with TWO FREE community concerts in November! The FREE concerts feature Musical Masterworks’ Ensemble-in-Residence, Decoda, an affiliate ensemble of Carnegie Hall.

Kids and adults, join Decoda for an afternoon of creative exploration and musical adventures inspired by folk music from various countries! All you’ll need is your imagination and your listening ears to have a lot of musical fun with the violin, viola, cello, and bass. There will be a hands-on time for children with all the instruments!

The artists of Decoda will perform a formal concert featuring the music of composers inspired by folk traditions: Anton Arensky, Ernö Dohnányi, George and Edgar Meyer, and more. Stick around after the concert for a reception to meet some of the artists.
