Healthcare Heroes are invited to a little bit of R&R at the Seastar Wellness Studio. This program series invites all healthcare workers to a small group experience of regeneration and renewal. Our program includes opportunities for sharing our stories, expressive arts, snippets of meditation, and practices for renewal, to support you and your journey. Make self-care a priority.
