Book your 2026 Mindful Adventure: The Dolomites & Venice

October 22 - October 31
$8,200

Save the dates from September 29th to October 7th, 2026 and take a Mindful Adventure to the Dolomites and Venice where you’ll take time to savor the food, wine, culture and people. Red Barn Yoga always gathers groups of singles and couples who are curious, fun, lifelong learners. One person, after two trips, remarked that Red Barn Yoga is her “travel family”. Yes, you can come on your own without knowing another person, and you will be welcomed! Fabulous guides bring you behind the scenes to the gondola repair yard, or to the local Nonna who teaches us how to make the pasta, or to the estate where people were hidden in WWII. And of course, you’ll enjoy many, many sumptuous meals and delicious wine. For this trip, enjoy cable car rides to the tops of the mountains, and opportunities to learn of the Dolomite and Venetian history and culture. These tours are a branch of Red Barn Yoga in Lyme and all trips have optional, gentle yoga included. Red Barn Yoga began offering trips in 2018 and have travelled to Scotland, Holland, Utah and three trips to Italy.  Click for registration and informaiton. Deadline to register is October 31st.

About the Trip

The Dolomites are a wonderful destination for anyone looking to experience the beauty of nature, sample delicious cuisine, and soak up the local culture and hospitality. We’ve included cable car rides up the mountains and some easy hikes with amazing views as well as a gondola ride…

The Dolomites in northeastern Italy are a stunning mountain range, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Their majestic beauty, formed from ancient coral reefs, includes dramatic limestone cliffs, jagged peaks, and picturesque valleys.
The region offers a wide range of outdoor activities for nature enthusiasts. Charming alpine villages showcase traditional architecture and delightful cuisine. The Dolomites also have historical significance, with remnants of World War I battles.
Whether seeking adventure, tranquility, or cultural immersion, the Dolomites provide an unforgettable experience with their captivating landscapes and cultural treasures.

Venice is famous for its intricate network of canals, elegant bridges, and Renaissance and Gothic architecture. Built on more than 100 small islands in a lagoon of the Adriatic Sea, it has no roads—only waterways navigated by gondolas and vaporettos. Known for its romantic ambiance, art, and history, Venice offers a truly unique experience for travelers.
