2026 Netherlands Exhibition at I‑Park
A Two‑Hour Walk Through a 180‑Acre Experimental Memorial Park
I‑Park is pleased to host its first Netherlands Exhibition of the 2026 season. Join us for a two‑hour, self‑paced walk through a 180‑acre experimental memorial park, where memory‑themed artworks are integrated into a landscape of meandering streams, lush wetlands, ferns and fiddleheads, stone walls and a tranquil garden where you can rest and reflect.
This exhibition follows two well‑received presentations in 2025 and continues I‑Park’s commitment to international, interdisciplinary creative exchange.

Time: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Arrive at 9:45 AM for 10 AM self-guided walk
Arrive at 10:45 AM for 11 AM self-guided walk
Guided Walk at 10:00 am only
Location: Check‑in and parking at I‑Park; 5-minute shuttle ride to the entrance of the Netherlands.
Several participating artists will be present throughout the day.
Tickets
All proceeds support I‑Park’s international, non-profit artists‑in‑residence program.

Docent‑led walks offer an enhanced experience. Please reserve early.
Important Information
Parking & Access
There is no parking in the Netherlands. All guests must park and check in at I‑Park.
Trail Conditions
The terrain includes natural trip hazards such as roots, stumps, rocks, depressions and slippery areas after rain. Some trails may be closed for safety and will be marked with orange ribbons.
Visitor Guidelines
• No pets allowed at I‑Park or in the Netherlands.
• Many installations, especially in the Mini Village, are fragile. Please do not touch or climb on artworks.
• Keep children close at all times.
• The site is not ADA compliant, though partial accommodations may be possible with advance notice.

SAVE THE DATE | August 21 I-Park Presents – Latitude 49: Five New Compositions
This concert is the culmination of a 10-day residency at I-Park. In this intimate setting, the participants will share ideas as they workshop five new works for their world premieres. The residency pairs a high-profile ensemble with five composers. Benefits for the composers: hearing their music refined and reimagined in real time, candid dialogue and artistic risk-taking. And somewhat uniquely, an assurance from the ensemble that the new works will have an impactful performance lifespan beyond the premiere.
This year’s ensemble-in-residence is Latitude 49. Blending the finesse of a classical ensemble with the drive and precision of a finely tuned rock band, Latitude 49 has been energizing audiences with the most exciting music of our time since 2012. Latitude 49’s work with living composers is at the heart of its mission, yielding nearly 100 premieres since the group’s founding in 2012 by a multitude of composers ranging from aspiring students to Pulitzer prize-winning masters. Latitude 49 is Max Geissler, cello; Andy Hall, saxophones; Andy Hudson, clarinets; Jani Parsons, piano; Chris Sies, percussion and electronics; Timothy Steeves, violin and viola.

This onsite residency is a unique opportunity for composers and musicians to engage in a respectful, creative dialogue. The compositions will be transformed in subtle, and sometimes dramatic, ways. The amount of rehearsal time invested in these performances will be readily apparent at the concert!
