New Yoga Student Offer

Gift the gift of yoga at Red Barn Yoga in Lyme to yourself or someone else! Come to as many classes as you’d like for 30 days, at cost of $60. Your 30 days begins whenever you come to your first class. We are sure that you’ll keep coming to the barn once you get to know the Red Barn Yoga community of teachers and students. We celebrate all abilities and all body sizes, shapes and colors. Our teachers can help you begin or expand your yoga journey to better movement, strength, posture, attitude and sleep.
