November Open Trails

I-Park is pleased to welcome the public for its FINAL Open Trails event of 2023. The date is Saturday, November 11 from 1:00 until 4:00 pm.
Visitors are invited to experience the 40+ art installations – including newly installed works by Nate Byrne, Parastoo Ahoon, Anya Klepikov, Julie Peppito, Tammy West, Fiona Patterson, Andy Webster, Dennis RedMoon Darkeem, Isaac Dunne, Monika Zarzeczna and Soleil David.
At the welcome table, you will be given a trail map and are invited to explore the grounds in one of two ways. You can take a curated walk which takes about forty-five minutes or follow your sense of adventure with your trusty map.
The event is FREE and family friendly. We’ll have a scavenger hunt for all the kiddos with prizes and hot apple cider on hand. Outdoor enthusiasts of all ages are welcome, however reservations in advance are RECOMMENDED. A suggested $10 donation for adults is welcome and would be helpful in the ongoing maintenance of our trails. For additional information, write events@i-park.org or call 860-873-2468.
Due to the fragility of the artworks and the natural features at I-Park, pets are not permitted on the I-Park grounds.
