Privé-Swiss Fitness Open House Party

WESTBROOK, CT – Privé-Swiss Fitness is hosting a healthy celebration “Open House Party” event on June 4th at their premier fitness studio located in The Shops at Water’s Edge in Westbrook, CT.

Privé-Swiss Fitness is an award-winning upscale, boutique fitness studio specializing in Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and infrared sauna therapy. The signature BarefootBands™ class combines Pilates, Yoga, barefoot cardio, and resistance training. Other unique group classes include Pilates Bootcamp, Cardio Fusion Flow, and Muscle Pump.

Manager Dana Brown of Privé-Swiss Fitness says this year’s event is particularly special as it is the first event that the studio has held since the state was shut down just over one year ago.

“We’re excited to see familiar faces and welcome new ones, especially those who may have recently relocated to the area. This amazing event will give shoreline residents an opportunity to get a taste of our new class options and experience some of the health and anti-aging treatments available at Privé-Swiss MedSpa — which opened during the height of the recent pandemic,” says Brown.

The event will offer a taste of 20 specialty classes in brief 20-minute increments ensuring something for everyone regardless of experience level. In addition to the classes, Privé-Swiss Fitness will offer complimentary chair massages, infrared sauna sessions, Pilates equipment demos, $10 B-12 shots, raffles, prizes, giveaways, discounts, and more.

The Life Bowls Food Truck will also be on-site providing delicious, healthy meal options that are suitable for any diet.

The event will be held at Privé-Swiss Fitness on June 4th between the hours of 8 am and 2 pm.
