This season’s lineup brings together vibrant flavors, relaxed entertaining, and unforgettable evenings under the tent with three unique culinary experiences led by favorite guest chefs and Weekend Kitchen favorites alike.

One of our most anticipated summer traditions returns! Spend the evening under the Weekend Kitchen tent learning the art of authentic paella with Chef Dani Roche. From selecting the perfect rice to building deeply flavorful broth and showcasing the freshest ingredients, Dani shares the secrets behind this iconic Spanish dish. While the paella simmers, guests enjoy homemade pico de gallo and chips before ending the night with Dani’s legendary flan. Bring your friends, your appetite, and your “to-go” containers — there are always leftovers!

Celebrating the traditions of cucina povera, this naturally vegan class transforms humble summer ingredients into elegant, deeply flavorful dishes. Highlights include chilled pappa al pomodoro, heirloom tomato stacks with herbed cannellini purée, zucchini carpaccio with lemon and thyme, Southern Italian-inspired taralli salad, and a rustic seasonal fruit crostata. Chef Jennifer Magrey recreates the nostalgia of a New England summer with stuffed quahogs loaded with smoky linguica, rich Boston baked beans prepared in the Instapot, crispy Cape Cod fish and chips, classic coleslaw, and flaky Maine blueberry hand pies. It’s an evening filled with bold flavors, regional traditions, and the unmistakable charm of summer by the shore.
