There is no better way to kick off summer than a class with Terry Walters! The tent will be up and we can be outside (weather permitting). In this class Terry will introduce us to some summertime salads that can be either side dishes or a perfect light main dish. As always, Terry will wow us with her recipes and knowledge of how to live a healthy plant-centric life.
