While summer is winding down at the end of August and we get ready to turn our attention to autumn with apples and pumpkins… we still are at the peak of the growing season! It’s time to eat all the tomatoes, corn and other delicious summertime veggies! I designed the menu to reflect what is still in season and most flavorful. This is a plant-forward but not vegan menu.
