The Yellow Farmhouse is partnering with Trillium Brewing Company to host an incredible culinary experience at Trillium Farm in North Stonington. The goal of each year’s Setting Our Table Dinner is to connect guests to each other and to where our food comes from. This year, they are exploring the power of fermentation – from wines and beers, to sauces, vegetables, and proteins – as we savor the summer and taste the promise of fall.
Trillium Brewing Company is a New England farmhouse-inspired brewery rooted in community and shared experiences. Their farm, nestled on an idyllic swath of land in North Stonington, CT, is a reflection on our region’s past, present, and future.
