In honor of National Sleep Awareness week – Privé-Swiss Fitness brings you Yoga Nidra for beginners!
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, involves slowing down and chilling out into a deep state of relaxation with awareness. Neuropsychology has revealed that yogic sleep has a positive effect on our brain, body, and our entire physiology and psychology. It calms our thoughts and improves concentration, memory, and the ability to reach a state of deep sleep.
Wear your coziest clothes and be prepared to leave feeling calm, centered, and relaxed. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided but feel free to bring your own pillow and a light blanket.
This class will be offered at our new state-of-the-art Ivoryton location. Admission is $30
