Homemade Bailey’s Irish Cream 

Recently I had a homemade version of Bailey’s Irish Cream by the brilliant bartender at La Marea that was Out. Of. This. World. I begged for the recipe and here you go:
1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey (Jameson)
2 cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 TBSP shaved bittersweet chocolate (unsweetened cocoa powder also works)
1 shot Espresso (1 tsp powdered espresso also works)
1/4 oz vanilla extract
1/4 oz almond  extract
1/4 cup coconut cream (unsweetened )
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend away. Bottle & enjoy!  You can pour it in a 32oz. bottle.
Lasts 2-3 weeks refrigerated.
