Pick Your Own at Scott’s
If we haven’t had a frost by the time you read this, you’ve still got time to pick your own zinnias and dahlias at Scott’s Farm in Essex. For those of us that are fetutzed by flower arranging, just pick a fat bunch and stuff a vase at $11.99 per pound. Nice to know: buy a dozen sunflowers for $12, and every dime is donated to Helping Hands India, benefiting widows, orphans and a pastoral training center in Bangalore.
