I’ve been following Chef Andrea Dante around for years now. She’s a star (literally) and has teamed up with Star Fish Market to provide her signature creations for take-out and catering. I’ve been over several times, and all I can say is that I wish Guilford was a bit closer to Lyme! I had this scrumptious Korean Tofu for a healthy dinner, picked up a few Banana Strawberry Chia Puddings for a protein-packed breakfast, stocked my freezer with mini meat loaves, and brought a giant pan of Shepherd’s Pie (those mashed potatoes!) and colorful and perfectly roasted veggies for a pot luck dinner.
