Turducken!
I stopped at The Meat House in Branford the other day, and in addition to a multitude of offerings for Paleo people (short rib and ground sirloin burgers anyone?), you can order a Turducken (deboned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck, stuffed into a deboned turkey ) for your feast.
