Mystic Seaport Chowder Party, September 13th from 6 – 9: In the 19th century, Mystic residents celebrated summer with seaside chowder parties. At this event enjoy open hearth cooking and historic recipes.

5th Annual Stonington Borough Art Walk, September 16th: an incredible linup of artists, music and food in the charming village of Stonington.

The restaurants at Olde Mistik Village participate in the annual Taste of Mystic from September 8th – 10th. Live music, too.

Niantic Oyster Festival, September 23rd: Enjoy local oyster vendors, a variety of food vendors and beer from local breweries. Plus live music, corn hole shootout, and a kids corner!

New Haven Night Market, Friday, September 29th, 5 – 10pm: Celebrate the entrepreneurial communities of New Haven with an evening bazaar of art, music, food, drink, culture and more.

Old Saybrook Arts & Craft Festival, September 30 – October 1: Juried exhibition on the Town Green featuring 17 categories and over 100 vendors of outstanding art and craft.

CT Maritime Heritage Festival, September 9th & 10th: Mermaid & Sea Monster Parade, Food Trucks, Beer Garden, Kids Activities, Ship Tours, Live Music and more at this annual festival at the Port of New London.

Save the Date! The Wee Faerie Village returns on September 29th to the Florence Griswold Museum and runs through October 30th. Over 30 artist-created Faerie houses cover the grounds of the museum and this is an annual rite not to be missed.
