End of Summer Celebration: Farm-to-Table Pop-Up Dinner
Featuring Chef Jason Welch

Join us for a special one-night-only dining experience celebrating the extraordinary bounty of Connecticut’s farms, fields, and waters.

Chef Jason Welch—whose career includes Gotham Bar and Grill, Barcelona Restaurant Group, award-winning kitchens from Nantucket to Wyoming, and a deep connection to local agriculture through his work at Sub Edge Farm—will present a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu showcasing the very best ingredients of late summer.

The evening will feature house-made sourdough focaccia with local blueberry jam and whipped Liuzzi ricotta, Sixpenny oysters with melon gazpacho, Connecticut lobster schnitzel, slow-roasted smoked New York strip with local sweet corn, and grilled local peaches with buttermilk gelato.

This intimate pop-up dinner is a celebration of the season at its peak—a memorable evening of exceptional food, local ingredients, and warm hospitality.
