Awakening Workshop

This Workshop was designed to recharge and increase your energy by awakening your mind and raising your vibration. Learn how to communicate your discoveries and find out ways to create new tools for positive change and profound healing. We are here to build a community and to help you receive this information at your pace we have created a guide e-book with 14 ways to start or continue your self healing journey and reduce stress in your daily life.

This is our fourth workshop and our belief is that the smaller the group the more impactful the experience. The group gets more time to ask questions and unpack new information or ideas. We also get to support each other and honor this safe space to speak our truths. We are looking forward to this next workshop. I believe this one is going to be extra special, I feel it. Do you?!?!

At each workshop we love to incorporate healthy food choices and innovative ways to incorporate flavor. Who says healthy food shouldn’t taste delicious? We will satisfy our food cravings with a lovely Dinner June 23rd and an incredible Lunch June 25th.
