On Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM (EST), pianist Olga Kirpicheva will share her extraordinary skills and passion for music. A French pianist of Russian origin, based in Abu Dhabi since 2022, Olga is among the most promising young pianists of her generation.
This event, a benefit to raise funds to acquire a grand piano for I-Park’s composers-in-residence, was conceived by Connecticut based composer and I-Park fellow, Polina Nazaykinskaya. The program titled Dialogues is based on Kirpicheva’s recent recording of the same name, a tribute to Sergei Rachmaninov through the interpretation of emblematic works by the Russian composer and contemporary creations by Polina Nazaykinskaya.
