Iron House Moves 4 Autism

Iron House will be hosting a “Moves 4 Autism” workout event on Saturday, October 21st to raise awareness and support for local organizations who support Autistic children and adults.
Iron House has designed 5 different workouts for all fitness levels and ages. Register for one, two, three, four or all five events! Details on all five workouts are listed above.
The $75 registration fee will be part of a community donation to the Mayer Center in Essex and The Nest in Deep River, two amazing resources for our shoreline community.
