A Reflection Of by artist Chris Nelson
Head to iPark on Saturday, September 13 for Memory Reconsidered Reprise, an experimental outdoor exhibition exploring the intersections of art, nature, memory, and memorialization set within a lush woodland setting.
Visitors will be given a map and take a 25 minute walk through the Pond Path and cross the Eightmile River bridge to Thanatopolis, the memorial park. Guests should plan to spend about two hours experiencing the memorial sculptures and engaging with some of the artists who created the work. The walking trails are considered moderate with a few inclines, therefore hiking boots/walking shoes are recommended.
The event is a fundraiser and all proceeds will support the international artists-in-residence programs and the 2026 Composers + Musicians Collaborative Residency at I-Park. Self-guided walk tickets are $20 per adult. For those who wish to partake in a guided tour led by one of the founders and get an inside glimpse of the project, tickets are $50 per adult. Children under 17 are free.
Please note that no pets are allowed.
