The Comedy “The Housekeeper” at Drama Works Theatre

Manley Carstairs has recently lost his mother. He decides to hire a housekeeper to take care of his large home. In comes Annie Dankworth who seems so eager to please. Their relationship turns rapidly from initial reserve to downright hatred. Annie admits to lying about her experience and forging her letters of recommendations. She won’t clean, can’t cook and won’t leave and accuses Manley of lusting after her. This show is pure fun. The show opens on November 11th at 7:30 PM and runs the 12th, 18th and 19th at 7:30 PM and the 13th at 3:00 PM. Tickets are available online at dramaworkstheatre.org
