The Anchor at Hays Haven Marina: Fresh-Faced for Summer
Now in its second season with owners Richard and Mario at the helm, The Anchor at Hays Haven Marina in Chester is all dolled up and serving a full menu of breakfast and lunch. Open Friday through Monday, 8-4 pm, you’ll find a slew of scratch-made dishes from Cubano panini and brisket hash to falafel and fresh watermelon juice. The fresh decor is vintage nautical and everyone’s having fun in here, including the cooks! Don’t miss the truffle fries, smashburgers and maple bacon scones.
